Warroom Lab's homepage: "Fix the outage before it's real" above a live drill with a P1 checkout alert.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Create a team, share a link

One invite link for the whole group: new hires, candidates, a class or a batch.

  2. Step 2

    Everyone faces a live outage

Find the cause and fix it while the simulated team asks for updates.

  3. Step 3

    Read the debrief

Each drill is scored out of 100, with the fix explained step by step.

What you get

  • A drill takes about 20 minutes, from alert to write-up
  • Scored out of 100 with a written debrief
  • One invite link for a whole team
  • Read every command and message a candidate sent
  • Faculty see every drill and export scores

Fix the outage before it's real.
